Nice location, not a great flat, becoming a bad area compared to Ramsgate. Flat very run down, lots of maintenance issues, stairs and flat entrance not what I expected, manager very helpful and hardworking. Residents loud at night. WiFi pretty bad. Beachfront not as nice as Ramsgate, a lot of public drinking.
