Room for improvement / terrible after service. The place was not clean, the damp on the walls was hectic, the oven was dirty, the downstairs rooms smelled of damp and the snails had a blast of a time in the bathroom, crapping all over the place. The shower also leaked, the roof fans are a laugh in the KZN heat and humidity; they made no difference. The estate agent was not very friendly, received one-word answers. There was no place for the black bags, which led to the garage being stinky and full of worms and flies. At the amount we paid, one would have expected working fans and a clean place.

Thank you for your message. We were unaware of the issues you’ve mentioned regarding cleanliness, snails in the bathroom, or the oven. Had these concerns been raised during your stay, we would have promptly sent housekeeping to address them. Similarly, no problems were communicated to us about the fans or the dustbin bag in the garage, but housekeeping would have been happy to assist if notified. Regarding communication, I can confirm that detailed responses were provided, and I have records to verify this. The only issue reported during your stay was the noise from the neighbouring lot, which was beyond our control. We value guest feedback and are always here to help when concerns are brought to our attention.

Had an amazing time though. Most beautiful location in terms of accessing the beach. Beautiful view of the beach from the house; however, there is a lot of neatening up to be done to the house itself. The moss is overgrown in the driveway. The garage needs to be cleared of all the unwanted stuff and cleaned up. The interior of the house is okay.
