Description

Beachfront Cottage Barry at Surf Spray is a charming beach cottage boasting ocean views and direct private access to the beach.

The unit can accommodate up to 3 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. A pull-out sleeper couch with a single mattress is also available, ideal for 2 young children or 1 adult.

The kitchen is fully equipped for long stays and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, microwave, and a gas hob with an electric oven.

The spacious living area offers a comfortable couch, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi access.

The north-facing patio features a built-in braai and an awning, making it suitable for use in all weather conditions. A JoJo tank is available for additional water supply.

Secure parking is provided in a lock-up garage, large enough to accommodate a Land Cruiser. Marina Beach is monitored by CCTV and offers 24-hour security provided by Masar Security.

Nestled in indigenous gardens, the cottage is occasionally visited by a resident pair of blue duikers grazing on the lawn. The Boulders are within walking distance, and there is a scenic bench ideal for enjoying sunrise views. Marina Beach, a Blue Flag beach, is just a 5-minute walk away along Beach Road.
