Great. Very comfortable accommodation for eight, including small children. The garden is great for children to play safely. The only comment is perhaps the bathrooms are on the restricted side for the number of people. One shower and no separate toilets were a bit difficult.

It was very nice. It was nice and relaxing, especially in the morning when you take your cup of coffee on the porch and look over the garden.

A peaceful time in the slow town of Sedgefield. What a fantastic stay at Sedge Island House. We were 7 people and the home felt spacious and welcoming. When we were home (because we were also out and about a lot ), we enjoyed sitting on the porch. The children enjoyed making up games in the large garden. The braai area was adequate, not much space around it, though. A portable folding table to work at while braaiing would be a nice addition. The secure complex is an added plus as the children could cycle around at their heart's content, and there is a beautiful central garden to also enjoy. Walking distance to Swartvlei for lovely morning swims.

Safe, spacious accommodation. We met up with our adult children, who reside in Cape Town, for an extended weekend. The house had ample space for the five of us, and although there was quite a bit of rain over the weekend, it did not impact our plans. The house is in a safe, enclosed village. We could take our fur babies, which was a huge plus. The house is well-equipped and provided all the comforts we required over our stay. Cathy is warm and welcoming and available to assist with any needs.

Gesellig, skoon, goed toegerus. Die huis is binne stapafstand van die Saterdagmarkie. Dit is besonder goed toegerus. Ons het heerlik gebly! Nie gedink ons sal die wasmasjien hoef te gebruik nie, en daar moes ons! So lekker as daar ook 'n skottelgoedwasser is. Kan hierdie verblyf aanbeveel. Die huis is in 'n veiligheidskompleks met baie gawe inwoners. Kon lekker gaan stap in die pragtige, goed versorgde tuine.

Safe, clean and spacious, with everything you may need. The house is located in a gated community, close to the N2 and within walking distance of the Sedgefield Saturday markets. It is centrally located for visiting other places on the Garden Route. There are many restaurants and shops nearby if you don't feel like cooking. The garden is very big and has more than enough space for our small dog to run around.

Was a breath of fresh air, loved it. All round a pleasant experience.
