This cosy apartment is located on the owner's property with secure parking. The unit can accommodate up to 2 adults and features a bedroom furnished with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. Linen is included; however, guests are required to bring beach towels.

Additionally, the unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with a bar fridge, 2-burner gas stove, essential cutlery and crockery, and coffee-making facilities, as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Adjacent to the kitchen, the lounge provides comfortable seating.
