Serene House is a beautiful luxury family vacation home with a private splash pool, located in the secure Langebaan Golf Estate. The estate offers a peaceful setting surrounded by nature, with access to a spectacular golf course, open playgrounds, a trampoline, swimming pool, soccer fields, tennis courts, and scenic walking and running trails.
The house accommodates 6 adults and 2 children, featuring 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a separate guest toilet. The 2 downstairs bedrooms each have 2 comfortable three-quarter beds and their own en-suite bathrooms with showers. The upstairs master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a cosy lounge area with a double sleeper couch, offering 360° views of the tranquil surroundings and local birdlife and wildlife.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. The open-plan living area includes a dining table, comfortable seating, and a fireplace. Outside, guests can enjoy a built-in braai area and the splash pool.
The home is equipped with solar power and a gas geyser to ensure uninterrupted comfort during loadshedding.
