Relaxing and refreshing. - Unit was clean. Furniture was functional. Cutlery is like home from another home. Very peaceful environment. Security was excellent. Locals are so friendly. The host recommended Rooitamatie for dining. It was an awesome experience, very intimate dining experience. Do book a dining with them when you are in Rosendal.

Stunning. Very pleasant. The place has everything, so all you need to do is bring your food. I don't know if there was (I don't like snooping), but only on the Saturday afternoon did I figure out that remotes had a purpose. I am sure anyone else would have figured it out earlier, but like I said, I don't snoop.

Simply delightful! We recently spent 4 nights at Shaanti Cabin and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is very well equipped, comfortable and has countless thoughtful touches that make for a very pleasant stay. Our host was very friendly and helpful, sharing plenty of information about anything and everything happening in town. All the people in town are really friendly and dinner at Rooitamatie was fantastic. It is worth noting that the second bedroom is detached from the main house, which is great for friends travelling, but might not be ideal for families with young children. We'll certainly visit again!

Warm, cosy and modern. We loved staying in the Shaanti Cabin. We stayed at the Shaanti, on probably one of the coldest weekends in Rosendal, the unit was so warm and cosy. The unit offers everything you need and more. Love the big windows and the view. Really worth a visit. Will definitely recommend this unit and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing! Unexpected beauty! It was the most pleasant surprise ever! The accommodation was outstanding. The place had everything we needed. I am a gadget queen, and it had everything I needed to cook/braai or have tea. Exceptionally clean. Loved the retro decor. Loved everything about it.
