The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located dining table with chairs. It extends to the lounge furnished with comfy seating.
The living area opens onto a balcony through sliding doors, offering a perfect sea view. The property has 2 braai areas: one on a deck at the front and another at the back of the house. Laundry facilities are available in the garage, which also provides secure parking.
