Relaxing and peaceful stay. The stay was relaxing with beautiful views. All staff from the reception area to the bar area were very friendly. I will definitely return for another stay once renovations are completed at the premises.

Too short. The check-in staff was a little straight-faced. The room was great, the bed comfy and breakfast delicious. The restaurant staff were simply phenomenal.

Ons tweede kuier by Shark Bay. Salig is 'n woord wat opsom. Ongelooflike mooi uitsigte en natuurskoon. Hotel mooi, skoon en vriendelike personeel.

Best views enjoyed my birthday. We enjoyed our 1 night stay. The room very big and clean. Very friendly staff from reception to kitchen. What I liked also restaurant/bar staff work together as a team , you never have to wonder where is your waiter as theres always someone to assist you all the time. Thank you to the website for easy smooth booking.

Serene coastal escape at Shark Bay Hotel, Langebaan. Shark Bay Hotel in Langebaan is a hidden gem! It is ideal for those seeking tranquility with breathtaking lagoon views. Our room was modern, clean, and well-appointed, and offered us a cozy retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is ideal—far enough from the crowds to provide peace but close enough to enjoy Langebaan’s attractions. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I'd say this is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or just a relaxing weekend. I can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Langebaan.

Highly recommended hotel. Stunning venue with breathtaking views across the lagoon. Ryno is brilliant in the restaurant area. The air conditioner was not working satisfactorily. The room '12' was not cooling down at all.

Spa is 'n teleurstelling, maar hotel self is uitstekend! Die hotel en restaurant se personeel was fantasties en het elke keer uit hul pad gegaan vir ons, maar die Spa se personeel was 'n groot teleurstelling. Hulle wou ons nie help om 'n bespreking te maak 15:40 die middag nie, want hulle was bang dat hulle nie betyds sou huis toe gaan nie. Die bespreking was vir die volgende dag, dus sou die proses slegs 5 min geneem het. Die volgende oggend, toe hulle ons kontak om die bespreking te maak, moes ons uitvind hulle het nie die nodige produkte om die spesifieke treatment te doen nie. In die toekoms sal ons onthou om dit nie op ons 'to-do' lysie te sit nie.
