Best views enjoyed my birthday. We enjoyed our 1 night stay. The room very big and clean. Very friendly staff from reception to kitchen. What I liked also restaurant/bar staff work together as a team , you never have to wonder where is your waiter as theres always someone to assist you all the time. Highly recommended hotel. Stunning venue with breathtaking views across the lagoon. Ryno is brilliant in the restaurant area. The air conditioner was not working satisfactorily. The room '12' was not cooling down at all.

Spa is a disappointment, but hotel itself is excellent! The hotel and restaurant staff were fantastic and went out of their way for us every time, but the Spa staff were a huge disappointment. They wouldn't help us make a booking at 3:40pm because they were afraid they wouldn't get home in time. The booking was for the next day, so the process would only take 5 minutes. The next morning, when they contacted us to make the booking, we found out they didn't have the necessary products to do the specific treatment. In the future, we will remember not to put this on our 'to-do' list.
