A genuinely lovely getaway. If we could give Silky Oaks more than 5 stars, we absolutely would. Anabela went out of her way to make us feel welcome and was very quick to respond whenever we required anything. The space is gorgeous, comfortable, close to the town centre, and included thoughtful touches everywhere, from charging cables to a sewing kit to welcome treats and braai items. The birdlife and surrounding nature were an absolute highlight. We only wish that we had stayed longer!

One of the best. Awesome hostess, welcome was warm. Responsiveness throughout the stay was great. Her updates were appreciated during our stay of 5 nights. The cottage was so well equipped/stocked. Every need was catered to. Very rare to find. Nothing was lacking. Very centrally located close to great eateries, wine farms, and other activities. The view from the balcony was great, lots of stunning birdlife. Would certainly recommend this place.

Wonderfully relaxing, each and every small detail was covered! We had the most awesome experience at Silky Oaks. From the moment we arrived, Bella was there to meet us and take us around the property. Bella is a wonderful host and had ensured that all our needs were met, and her own personality shone through in every little detail. She definitely went out of her way to make us feel most welcome. The accommodation was stunning and so much better than we had imagined! We had a fantastic 4-night stay, very relaxing! Thank you, Bella!

The hostess's attention to detail was incredible; she has literally thought of everything. Spotlessly clean, quiet, a perfect getaway! You will not be disappointed at all .

Die blyplek was uitstekend, die alle verwagtings oortref. Ja, ons het baie lekker gebly. Heerlike blyplek, goed toegerus, skoon en netjies. Gasvrou baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Rustige omgewing. Sal verseker weer daar oorslaap as ons in omgewing is. Kan Silky Oaks hoogs aanbeveel.

Bederf, mooi view, heerlike wegbreek vir 'n paartjie. Wat 'n heerlike wegbreek naweek! Pragtige plekkie met absoluut alles wat jy nodig het en die vriendelikste gashere. Sal definitief weer wil kom kuier! Dankie vir die aanbevelings om die lekkerste van ons naweek te maak!

Immaculate, 5-star rating. We will definitely be back. Silky Oaks Silky Retreat is absolutely divine. We were so warmly welcomed by the hostess, and the place was immaculate. Everything was perfect, and the room smelled like perfume. Highly, highly recommended!

The perfect getaway retreat. What a lovely stay! A beautiful and peaceful setting for the perfect recharge getaway. They have made every effort to make sure the place is kitted with everything you might need, and I felt very safe staying here alone. The attention to detail is incredible, and it is evident that they have poured their hearts into making this place a home away from home. I'm already looking for an excuse to come back!
