Description

Slanghoek Mountain Resort is nestled in the magnificent Slanghoek Valley on the slopes of the Badsberg conservancy and is surrounded by indigenous fynbos.

The resort offers guests a choice of self-catering chalets, tents and eco luxury units that can accommodate between 2 to 5 people, as well as campsites for caravans and tents.

The self-catering chalets and eco luxury units, are furnished with double beds or a combination of double and single beds, and each with has a private bathroom with a bath or a shower. Some of the units also have double sleeper couches for children under the age of 12. Each unit has a kitchen that is equipped with a stove, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, as well as cutlery and crockery. A TV with 10 channels, including M-Net and sport, is provided. Indoor and outdoor braai facilities are available for use as well as outdoor furniture.

The self-catering safari tents can accommodate 2 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children, and each tent has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet. All tents are furnished with single beds for the adults & 2 x mattresses for kids under 12 years and younger. Each tent has a kitchenette that is equipped with an electric frying pan, a bar fridge, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, as well as cutlery and crockery. The tents do not have TVs, but a TV is available in the pool area. Outdoor braai facilities, as well as furniture, is provided.

For convenience, bedding and bath towels are provided for the self-catering units and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.

Guests can book 1 of the campsites which can accommodate caravans or tents. Electricity is available, and some of our sites has private ablution facilities and some shared ablution facilities with a shower and a toilet.

Slanghoek Mountain Resort offers 2 swimming pools, a jungle gym for children, as well as 2 walking trails for guests to explore the resort.
