Nice, quiet and safe place to rest. 2nd time at Smithland. Love the place because it's quiet and safe and very quick and easy to get to the N1. There's also always space for my trailer and a nice lawn where kids can play. Kids can play on their own, high walls with security gate and not a lot of vehicles coming in and out. The only negative is that planes are a bit noisy, but that didn't bother us.

Awesome, we were right next to the pool. We, as a family of 5, had a very nice time. The area was nice and quiet, and also close to the N1, which made travelling to the beach very easy. I would have given 10 stars.

Great place, safe neighborhood, friendly staff. We had a pleasant stay. The place was neat and clean. The staff are very friendly and considerate. I had issues with the limits on my card and couldn’t settle the balance upon arrival. The lady at reception was very understanding and I could settle my account the next day. The stove in our apartment wasn't working the day we arrived, but it was replaced the next day. The other ladies (part of our group) who stayed in an apartment upstairs unfortunately complained that WiFi reception was poor upstairs. I loved my stay there. It would be great if they had salt in the kitchen, even though it is self-catering.
