Puik, fantasties, tevrede verblyf. Baie dankie, Smiths Cottage. Ons verblyf was baie baie lekker en sal dit sonder twyfel aanbeveel. Smiths Cottage se ligging is fantasties en jy kan binne 'n paar minute by alles wees waar jy wil. Winkels, vermaak en sport.

Teleurstellend! Sal vir seker nie aanbeveel of weer daar bly. Moes 2 keer gaan vra vir handdoeke (bitter oud en dun) - kry toe darem 1 badhanddoek per persoon en slegs 1 handdoek vir ons 5! Moes vra vir oondrakkies voordat ons iets kon verwarm in die oond. Na die stort is die badkamervloer sopnat weens 'n lek êrens. Matrasse op enkelbeddens is lankal verby gemaklik - voel staalvere as jy net met jou hand oor die matras vryf. Reëls in die eenheid vra dat gaste na 21:00 stil moet wees, maar eienaars onthaal vriende op die oop stoep regoor ons eenheid tot laat!

Good day Riekie, so sorry we never ticked all your boxes. Pity you never came to me and reported your issues. You booked our self-catering cottage, so we expect you to bring your own towels. There is no leak in the bathroom; you just did not keep your shower curtain inside the bath, therefore letting the water run down onto the floor. The oven tray was taken out for cleaning from the previous guests and forgotten to be put back in; it was not intentional. As for the beds, yes they are spring interior, not your hard foam with hollows in the middle, and no one has ever complained before. So there is nothing really to complain about; these things are just trivial, which tells me you just were not happy in general. This could have been sorted had you come to me, as well as the noise factor from other guests.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. Our cottage is suited for 5 guests, but we accommodated your group of 6 at no extra cost. The unit was spotless on arrival, and daily cleaning was provided free of charge. The oven was unfortunately damaged during your stay, yet no fees were applied. We also offer a peaceful, secure setting with 24-hour CCTV, convenient access to major attractions, and safe parking. Features we believe add great value. We’re committed to providing a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience and regret that your review did not reflect this.
