Disappointing! Would definitely not recommend or stay there again. Had to ask for towels twice (very old and thin) - only got 1 bath towel per person and only 1 towel for the 5 of us! Had to ask for oven racks before we could heat something in the oven. After the shower the bathroom floor was soaking wet due to a leak somewhere. Mattresses on single beds are long past comfortable - feel steel springs if you just rub your hand over the mattress. Rules in the unit require that guests be quiet after 9:00 PM, but owners entertain friends on the open porch across from our unit until late!

Good day Riekie, so sorry we never ticked all your boxes. Pity you never came to me and reported your issues. You booked our self-catering cottage, so we expect you to bring your own towels. There is no leak in the bathroom; you just did not keep your shower curtain inside the bath, therefore letting the water run down onto the floor. The oven tray was taken out for cleaning from the previous guests and forgotten to be put back in; it was not intentional. As for the beds, yes they are spring interior, not your hard foam with hollows in the middle, and no one has ever complained before. So there is nothing really to complain about; these things are just trivial, which tells me you just were not happy in general. This could have been sorted had you come to me, as well as the noise factor from other guests.
