Set in a safe and very quiet neighbourhood, Cosy Pearly is a spacious holiday home that is ideal for families, friends, or groups seeking a peaceful getaway in the charming village of Pearly Beach. Centrally located, the house offers easy access to the beach, local shops, and all that the village has to offer.

The house can accommodate up to 9 guests and features the main house and a separate flat. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a double bed, and offers an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, basin, and shower. The second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom in the separate flat has a queen-size and a single bed. The bathroom in the flat has a bath, a shower and a separate toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, stove and toaster. The lounge area features a TV, and the braai room features an indoor braai, bar area and a built-in Jacuzzi.

The property is fully fenced, making it ideal for children and pets to enjoy safely. There is a large secure parking area behind the gate with plenty of space for multiple vehicles and enough room to park a boat. Garages are not available to guests.
