The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 adult couples and comprises 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed and feature an en-suite bathroom. The first en-suite bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath, basin and toilet, while the second en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, basin and toilet.
Each bedroom has large sliding doors that open onto its own romantic balcony and offers guests a breathtaking view of the beach and sea.
The apartment comprises an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, The kitchen features granite counters, and is equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, a gas and electric stove and oven, a microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a washing machine and tumble-dryer combo, and a dishwasher for convenience.
The living area has a TV with Netflix, Showmax, YouTube and selected DStv channels. The living area leads onto a spacious patio with sun loungers for tanning in privacy. In addition, there is a glass-enclosed braai room on the patio, overlooking the sea, perfect for any weather conditions.
The property offers on-the-beach living with no roads or open areas to cross to get onto Cannon Rocks' Nautilus Beach. Enjoy beautiful views over the Indian Ocean and endless untouched coastline nestled alongside the Woody Cape Nature Reserve.
The apartment uses solar power and Eskom load shedding will therefore not be a problem.
