Amazing, relaxing. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and the decor is gorgeous. Love the big bathroom as well as the well-equipped kitchen (maybe a colander would be a suggested add-on). The beds were really comfortable too. Everything was so peaceful and quiet. I was too busy relaxing and enjoying the silence that I didn't even make time to take a single picture. It does get very cold, so remember to bring a hot water bottle or two to warm up the beds and for when you're sitting outside enjoying the tranquility. The hot tub was amazing too. We put the bubble plastic and cover back on when we got out at night and it was still warm the next morning, so we lit the fire again and got right back in as it heated very quickly. The dam is also lovely; I would have loved to canoe. The farm walks are a delight, nothing but nature around you. No cars, no noise, no people. Blissful. Thank you for the complimentary wine and yummy sweet potato chips, and the lemon drink was yummy! Remember to take enough drinking water with you and another packet of Blitz. Also, a huge thank you for the wood. Our weekend was amazing; I can most certainly recommend it.

Great stay. Location is excellent. Perfect for a peaceful time of R&R. Communication with the host was great. Hot tub, patio braai, indoor braai and Victorian tub along with high-end appliances are some of the practical items that added to the experience of being totally secluded.
