A comfortable, peaceful and relaxing time in nature. Our stay at Fungamukaba Sanctuary was one of the best stays we have had thus far during all our travels. The cottage was clean, comfortable, fresh and well thought out, and the welcome gift was very much appreciated! All the amenities were available, and even some pantry basics were made available in case we forgot ours! Thank you! Then the peace and the quiet, wow. Just surrounded by nature and a perfect setting to just rejuvenate and relax, exactly what we needed and made for some excellent family time. The wood-fired tub, the swing, the trails and the pizza plate gave us so much to do. Our game drive was excellent, and we got to see six different species of buck in between the beautiful shrubs of proteas and got to meet Randy the ostrich as well! Thank you to the farm staff and team at Fungamukaba Sanctuary, you really made us feel welcomed and looked after any needs we may have had.
