A tranquil escape from rushed life, where you come to reconnect; it's peaceful. We arrived at a very clean, neat and tidy old stone farm cottage. The layout of the cottage is so convenient and surprised us as it can accommodate up to 10 people. We were a family of 6 and sleeping arrangements were no hassle at all. The domestic lady comes through each day with a huge smile and greeting to take the load off general housekeeping. The cottage has a huge undercover patio which looks out into lush green trees where you are surrounded by various birds and butterflies, and you can look up into two koppies which we made full use of hiking and exploring. The streams and waterfalls are a must-see and are stunning, also nice and refreshing. We advise listening out for the monkeys if they are in the area; it is advisable to respect their terrain first, as they seem to prefer the top face rock parts close to the trees. We made full use of all hiking trails every day because with each trip, you see more. We will definitely be revisiting this secluded cottage known as Izwe; it was well worth it. Thank you.
