Sunset Haven offers comfortable overnight accommodation with a private entrance on the owner’s property, which is located in the heart of Glencairn Heights, Simonstown. Glencairn Heights is a relatively safe neighbourhood located close to blue flag beaches. The area is an easy 10-minute walk to Glencairn Beach and the tidal pool.

This detached flatlet can comfortably accommodate 2 guests at a time. It features an open-plan design and is furnished with a double bed, cupboards, reading materials and board games. All bed linen and blankets are provided, as well as extra pillows. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. All bath towels are provided, as well as essential toiletries.

The flatlet is equipped with a modern and noiseless air-conditioner for your comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate gas hob, microwave, fridge, air fryer, waffle maker, egg boiler, glasses, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities and essential spices. All cleaning products are provided. Leading from the kitchen is a two-seater table and two ergonomic chairs. A smart TV with Netflix and DSTV is available, and a comfortable sofa. For those wanting to get some work done, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available.

Sunset Haven is located in a private garden where guests have access to their own patio with outdoor furniture, where they can spend the day outside, dine alfresco or have a braai. A Weber is available for all your braaiing needs.

Guests have exclusive use of the swimming pool and garden whilst in residence. The property, as well as the garden and swimming pool, has amazing views of the ocean and Simonstown Harbour and is gifted with the most amazing sunsets.

Sun lounges, pool towels, and pool robes are provided, so that you can jump right in.

Parking is in front of the main house with 24-hour CCTV camera surveillance and 24-hour security.

Sunset Haven is only 8 km from historical Simonstown and the iconic Boulders Beach. Trendy Kalkbay and its lovely restaurants are less than 8 km away. Elsie's Peak, with its easy walking trail, is 500 m away, Cape Point Nature Reserve, Silvermine Nature Reserve, and Chapmans Peak are all within a few kilometres from Sunset Haven. Sunset Haven is within walking distance of Glencairn Station. Take the train to Simonstown, Kalk Bay, Muizenberg or Cape Town. Sunset Haven is accessible by 23 steps and thus not conducive for persons living with disabilities.
