Sylvas offers the entire bottom section of the owner’s duplex house and separate private garden flat, set under the dense trees, in Nature’s Valley, one of the few secluded hidden gems in the heart of the Garden Route. Situated in a protected nature reserve, the fynbos drops into an indigenous forested valley and small village with its own pristine blue flag beach and lagoon. The well-appointed self-catering house and separate private garden flat are able to accommodate up to 10 guests.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed. The second bedroom contains a single bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 5 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite with a smart TV. Additionally, there is an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer.

The garden flat comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed. The second bedroom contains a single bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a washbasin. The toilet is separate. The unit has a small fridge and coffee station.

There is a large outdoor patio under the trees with built-in braai facilities, and a table with chairs; along with an outdoor shower with hot water for rinsing off sea sand. Safe off-street parking behind a gate with a private entrance is available. The property is pet friendly with a secure fence and gate surrounding the property.
