Description
The Studio comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has a workstation for a laptop. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a large corner bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed while the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Each room has a wall heater for the chilly Hilton nights. There is an open-plan kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove and oven, and has a dining room with a large yellowwood table, catering for sociable cooking and eating. The lounge, which is also open plan to the living area, has comfortable furniture surrounding a fireplace, with a Smart TV to one side. Firewood is supplied for the fireplace. The living area leads through double doors onto a large patio where guests can enjoy the views and afternoon sun. The comfy couches and swing chair provide the ideal spot to enjoy a good book or a cup of coffee, while the children play in the garden. The patio, with its braai facilities, also has a large 8-seater dining table and benches for outdoor entertainment. A unique feature of the cottage is that all the art works are originals, painted by your host. All the paintings are available for purchase. The Afro-Scandi decor of the cottage complements the original art on the walls.

On arrival, the following will be provided;

- Tea, coffee, and sugar.
- Homemade hot chocolate

- Hand soap
- Dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets.
Guests are welcome to request housekeeping from Monday to - Saturday at an additional cost.
The last 2 km stretch of road to the farm is a dirt road. It is a well-maintained road and suitable for all makes of cars.

Description
The Gallery is an upmarket 3-bedroomed cottage with stunning views overlooking Albert Falls Dam. There are 2 bedrooms furnished with queen-size beds and have en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower or bath, toilet and basin. The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed. The open-plan living space comprises a kitchen, a lounge area and a dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, an oven, a fridge, a stove, crockery and cutlery. The lounge area has comfortable couches, a wall-mounted TV and a fireplace. The living space leads out onto a patio with outdoor seating and a portable braai. The patio flows onto a firepit overlooking the spacious views.
