Nestled between the beautiful Sea Park and Southport beaches, The Beach House is a stylish self-catering retreat offering a luxurious coastal escape with breathtaking sea views from every room.

Guests can look forward to an unforgettable stay with front-row views of dolphins surfing the waves and whales gliding past during the winter months. In June and July, the annual sardine run adds to the magic, while boats can be seen cruising the coastline throughout the year.

A short natural pathway of about 80 steps leads directly from the property to the beach, perfectly positioned between Sea Park and Southport’s main beaches. The private stretch of beach in front of the house is ideal for fishing, snorkelling, and scuba diving. Just 3 km north, Southport’s public beach offers a tidal pool, shark net protection, lifeguards, and proudly holds Blue Flag status.

The house accommodates up to 10 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, a TV lounge, and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, the third features 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, and the fourth bedroom, located in the south wing, has a double bed. The TV lounge has double bunk beds suitable for 4 children under the age of 8.

Two additional bathrooms serve the rest of the house, 1 fitted with a bath, toilet, and basin, and the other with a shower, toilet, and basin.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, and 2 large fridge-freezer combinations. A separate scullery with a double sink and dishwasher adds extra convenience.

Guests can unwind by the plunge pool, which can be fitted with a safety net on request.
