Description
The Block Mansion is a 5-bedroom, luxury smart house nestled against the forest, offering panoramic views of Island Lake, the equestrian estate and the forest. The main bedroom is a master honeymoon suite, with a private balcony, hot tub and en-suite, a office and TV lounge. In addition, there is a walk-in closet and a full open plan bathroom with a free-standing bath and double shower plus vanity. The glass hallway leads you to the top floors' double rooms. The gold room has an open plan full bathroom with a privacy wall and overlooks the garden, farms and Island Lake. The Black Room also offers an open plan full bathroom and faces the forest and courtyard and includes a workstation. The ground floor rooms are also open plan with their own en-suite showers with forest and lake views, respectively. All bathrooms have separate toilets with privacy doors, bidets, aircons and smart T.V.s The living and kitchen area are completely open plan and envelop you with forest views and the sound of the running water. The kitchen is full equipped with a breakfast bar and completely separate pantry and scullery. Exiting the Mansion, you will find a private entertainment area including a boma surrounded by custom built heated pools and an adjacent bar and lookout deck for those special memories shared over sundowners. Ample parking is available for cars, boats, bikes and more and children have loads of space to bike, run or play at the playground.
