The Boulders 401 is a beachfront apartment located on Compensation Road in Ballito Bay. The location is convenient, with two nearby shopping centres within walking distance or a short drive away.

This lovely fourth-floor apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a standing fan. These bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin. The main bedroom and the second bedroom feature sea-facing balconies and ceiling fans.

The kitchen is open-plan to the living area and is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area features a smart TV - guests must please use their own login details. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. The lounge opens up onto a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture offering breaker ocean views.

There is 1 allocated carport and 1 allocated parking bay for guest use. The inverter will power the lights, TV, Wi-Fi and fridge.
