The Castello at Kruger is an exclusive-use, self-catering safari lodge located in Marloth Park, offering comfort and luxury for families and friends in a private setting. Surrounded by tall, ancient trees, the lodge provides the perfect escape to reconnect with nature. Guests can enjoy wildlife roaming freely across the open parklands.
This air-conditioned property can accommodate up to 18 guests and comprises 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, 7 of which are en-suite. Eight of the bedrooms are fitted with a queen-size bed, while the remaining bedroom contains 2 three-quarter beds. Two of the bathrooms are fitted with both a bath and a shower, while the remaining bathrooms include a shower only. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen and scullery that includes a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, air fryer, coffee machine, toaster, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. The lounge, dining area, and entertainment area is an entertainer's dream, offering a large 12-seater indoor dining area with a fully equipped bar, and an indoor braai overlooking the gorgeous outside lazy river, waterfall rock pool, and lush garden with animals roaming freely. For guests' entertainment, a buffalo leather cinema room with a TV with streaming channels, unlimited Wi-Fi, pool table, full 8-seater poker table complete with all cards and accessories for that late-night family fun. Also, a professional Hurricane foosball table for unlimited joy and laughter.
On the third floor, guests can explore the spacious, one-of-a-kind Star Gazing Room with a National Geographic telescope by night, or enjoy viewing the wild animals with an ice-cold cocktail in this fully open-view glass surrounding experience. Outside, guests can enjoy the magic of wildlife roaming and the lush open parklands, relax in the waterfall rock pool with sun loungers, or gather around the boma.
