Feel like quality has gone down unfortunately. I feel like the quality of the place has gone down in my opinion. Used to be a regular but with the place not always being clean. This time when I stayed, the dishes were all dirty, which is not cool, and the issues with the door struggling to open were quite annoying.

Good day Michael, Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We appreciate the feedback. I am sincerely sorry for the issues you experienced during your last stay with us. These are not our regular standards, as you know. I will go back on the roster to determine who was on duty and address it with the housekeeping team. I've looked into the door issue since reading your review and will sort out the lock today. It was previously not brought to my attention. I hope you will consider us again for your next trip to Tzaneen. Keep well.

Good day Tiyani, Thank you for the review. We are sorry that the experience was not what you were expecting. The geyser breakdown occurred and was reported after hours on a Friday evening. We could not get a plumber out to see to the matter until Monday morning. We did the best we could to accommodate you by allowing the use of another available apartment for showering purposes. The problem has since been resolved. It was just unfortunate timing being a weekend.

Gerieflik, veilig, en ruim. Die plek is regtig baie ruim, gerieflik, netjies, en het alle toerusting wat benodig word om 'n selfsorg-eenheid te wees. Baie dankie, Alistair, dat jy so mooi na my dogter gekyk het. Dit was haar eerste alleenverblyf, en jy het dit 'n baie aangename ervaring gemaak. Sy sal dit vir altyd onthou. Nogmaals dankie vir jou moeite.

It was good. Very safe and in a beautiful location of Tzaneen town. Closer to the malls and restaurants. The perfect place for a group of people either for business or pleasure.

Was een van die beste plekke waar ek nog gebly het. Alistair is great en die akkommodasie is fantasties. Sal beslis weer van die plek gebruik maak en aan my vriende aanbeveel. Waarde vir geld.
