The Promised Land is a peaceful self-catering bush cottage, situated next to the Crocodile River, in the Marloth Park Conservancy.

This bush cottage is a neat and comfortable, fully furnished and equipped homely retreat. It can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, as well as a 3-storey high lookout. 1 of the bedrooms is an open-air bedroom for the more daring to sleep under the stars.

The cottage also boasts entertainment facilities such as a dip pool and a lapa with a braai area. The 3-storey high lookout, boasts breathtaking sunset or sunrise views, and overlooks the Crocodile River which borders the renowned Kruger National Park.

Guests can take a bush hike along the border fence of the Crocodile River for awesome game viewing.
