Lovely stay, value for money. It is a lovely house and Maya & Johno were very kind to me. I felt welcome and safe, but my privacy was also respected at the same time. Maya cooked me a delicious breakfast in the morning. I felt so at home and pampered. I was even given some fresh vegetables from their garden as I was leaving. I will definitely return.

Aangename blyplek, en die eienaars gaan uit hulle pad om dit te maak. Ons is baie welkom laat voel! Net een wenk: Nie alle kamers het 'n uitsig nie - ons s'n het nie uitgekyk na buite nie, en dit sou lekkerder vir ons gewees het om een van die ander kamers te kry.

A splendid and spectacular experience. Situated on the main street of Napier, The Restio Country Guesthouse is an oasis of peace and tranquility. The hosts welcome you with open arms and ensure that your needs are taken care of. From a quick bite at the lodge's local cafe (try the quiche, it's fantastic) to relaxing in a comfortable bed or under the dazzling oak tree, The Restio Country Guesthouse is a sure 100% win. The stay was absolutely splendid! Don't worry about twiddling your thumbs in the evening. The Restio Country Guesthouse is walking distance to many restaurants and ensures that you will stay up to date with your series as there is a Netflix profile for each room. A pleasant surprise!

If ever you could rate 6 stars, The Restio deserves it. Maya and Jonno were superb. The whole place is a dream. You felt the family touch with just the right amount of care and attention to the guests. I understand the place to be young in its existence, but it felt like this whole experience was honed with many years of understanding hospitality service. The guests we had taken along complimented me on my choice (pure Google chance) and have asked me to "lead" the choice for our next outride. My concern is, how the hell do I top this?

Lieflike plek in die mooiste dorpie. Die mooiste huis met soveel karakter. Ons het heerlik gebly, alles was perfek en die ontbyt onverbeterlik. Beslis aan te beveel. Dankie, Maya en Jonno.
