Description

The Retreat offers a private guest suite on the host's property in Kommetjie, Cape Town. The property is within walking distance of lovely restaurants and bars in the village, and close to Long Beach. There is a dedicated parking area in front of the cottage.

The charming cottage has a private entrance and a small courtyard with braai facilities and can accommodate 2 guests, it is furnished with a queen-size bed fitted with quality linen and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette is equipped with appliances such as a kettle, a toaster, an induction hob, a mini fridge, a microwave and utensils. In addition, the cottage has free Wi-Fi internet access and a smart TV. The accommodation benefits from on-street parking with a dedicated parking area. This is a very safe area, and we have installed high-quality Trellidor security barriers for added protection.

We practice sustainable living and we ask our guests to use the bin provided for organic waste for our vegetable garden.

Guests are encouraged to explore the local coastline and enjoy the local restaurants and coffee shops on weekends. The Retreat is a popular spot for surfers and hikers.

For visitors looking to experience the local wine and craft beer farms and breweries, there is Cape Point Vineyards as well as several small microbreweries and a gin distillery nearby.
