Description
The Sole Sanctuary is a beautiful self-catering holiday home located in Ballito. It is ideal for friends and family who are looking for a peaceful homebase from where they can explore and enjoy this popular coastal town.
The home can accommodate up to 8 adults and a toddler in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a cot. The second and third bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed, while the fourth bedroom contains a bunk bed. The first shared bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet and the second bathroom contains a shower. Linen, bath and swimming towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, cutlery and crockery and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available for added convenience. The dining and lounging areas have comfortable seating for guests to dine and relax, and for guests' entertainment there is a smart TV and a pool table. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
Guests can enjoy an outdoor patio with a plunge pool, outdoor furniture and a braai, as well as 2 balconies and a garden. Secure parking and solar power is available on the premises. Local amenities such as shops and restaurants are within close proximity, with the closest beach, Clarke Bay, being approximately 850 m away.
