Description

The Tin Shack offers rustic self-catering accommodation, is located on a small farm 11 km from the village of Underberg. Guests can admire spectacular views of the area.

This compact cabin comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a deck overlooking the dam. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the second bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed. The bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet. The open-plan kitchen contains a fridge, an oven with a 2-plate stove, and a microwave.

The adjacent lounge features a wood-burning fireplace, to warm the cabin during winter months. Outdoor braai facilities are available to use as well. The cottage is 100 metres down the hill from the main house. Activities to do in and around Underberg and these include hiking, fishing, trail running, mountain biking, tubing and much more.

Value for money. It needs some proper TLC. But at the price point, it was a cozy and enjoyable stay with some nice views and a great fireplace.
