Description

The Villa Salt Rock is a semi-detached unit situated in the subtropical Dolphin Coast, in the unspoilt seaside village of Salt Rock. The villa is just 200 meters away from the Salt Rock main beach - a short walk away.

This modern, tastefully decorated villa comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living space and covered patio .

The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has separate double doors leading to the garden area.

The second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds with the same quality of linen and feather pillows. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and storage cupboards.

The shared bathroom is fitted with shower, toilet and basin. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided.

The living area is open-plan, and the galley kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing and cooking meals. It includes a gas and electric oven, double-door fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine. The lounge area features comfortable sofas and a flat-screen smart TV with DStv and Netflix.
Free uncapped Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit, as well as on the deck and patio, and a mobile phone signal booster ensures good connectivity. Double doors in the living area open onto a well-maintained garden and pool area

The unit is tucked away from the road and bordered by a Barringtonia-lined natural stream that runs through the garden. A wooden pathway with handrails at the steps leads to the villa.
There is a covered lapa on the communal pool deck with additional seating and dining areas, as well as stair assistance for getting in and out of the pool.
A second outdoor covered patio with a ‘safari feel’ offers seating and a braai area for the exclusive use of guests.

The property also features an orchid house.
Guests have access to the entire self-catering villa, the swimming pool, pool deck, and trampoline. Secure on-site parking is provided. The property is fully alarmed with perimeter beams and Roboguard, and the gates are automated.
