Basic, clean and neat. The street address on Google Maps sent us 10 houses down the street and across the main road on the opposite side of the road at a different accommodation back entrance, and we spent 30 minutes driving up and down trying to find the correct house. When we finally found the correct address, the key was not left as arranged, and we had to wait an hour outside in the dark before someone came to open up. The room was clean and neat with all the basics. But it was extremely cold, and a heater and additional blanket are definitely needed. A guest folder with basic info and the WiFi code would also be a good idea.

Good morning Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely regret that your experience was not satisfactory and can assure you that this is not an acceptable standard for us either. We have put some measures in place to ensure that our guests do not have to wait for entry upon arrival and that keys are readily available in the drop boxes. I can also confirm that the location on Google Maps has been corrected. We have also, since your stay, added heaters and extra blankets to the units to ensure a warm stay for our guests. We love the idea of a guest folder to give our guests all relevant information about what Bedford has on offer and will indeed introduce that soon.
