Excellent stay — comfortable, affordable, and outstanding service with staff going. We recently stayed at Tranquility Town Stays and had an excellent experience. Over and above the very comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price, the service truly stood out. The staff went the extra mile, waiting for our late arrival at 9:00 PM to check us in, and were already ready and waiting at 6:00 AM the next morning when we departed. Their friendliness, flexibility, and attention to detail made our short stay both easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Quiet and private. We had a wonderful stay, very safe and private. Jess is very friendly and very helpful. Cleaning services are available. Unit does not have a fridge, but Jess did not hesitate and wanted to bring us a fridge. She is very hospitable and helpful. Very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend for an overnight stay. I forgot my medication there and Jess did not hesitate to offer to drop it off somewhere. I booked a package with a courier and Jess went out of her way to get the package to the locker on time. Thank you, we really appreciate it.

Everything is not up to standard. One room was good, but the 2nd room not so good. Broken taps and shower door. Kettle cord too short to pour. Bees on porch and rats/mice on ceiling.
