Description

Situated in Marloth Park, the self-catering Tranquillity Holiday Home.

The house has a solar power system so that guests are not affected by load shedding.

Situated between the trees, the accommodation comprises 4 wooden chalets on stilts high above the ground and is connected by a common deck area and lookout deck. The chalets are furnished with double beds as well as TVs, and each air-conditioned room has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. Bath towels are provided, and guests please need to bring their own swimming towels.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, and a fridge, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and the lounge is equipped with a TV. DStv channels are available, and access is shared between the 4 bedrooms.

The main house offers accommodation for 8 people in 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 2 double beds and 2 three-quarter beds. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 three-quarter beds. There are 2 bathrooms with showers. All of the rooms have air conditioning. There is a projector TV with DStv and a pool table.

Guests can cool down in the splash pool, relax in the Jacuzzi, or enjoy a braai under the stars in the boma. The accommodation is fitted with an alarm system and armed response.

Tranquillity Holiday Home is just 400 m from the Crocodile River which separates Marloth Park and the Kruger National Park, and 24 km from the Kruger National Park Crocodile Bridge Gate. Visitors will have the opportunity to see a wide variety of free-roaming wildlife, do some bird watching, cycling, walking, and quad-biking. The town also offers a water park, and putt-putt as well as basic facilities such as a liquor store, a restaurant, a bakery, a curio shop, and a petrol station.
