I stayed in the dorm room and found it very comfortable, and it was very convenient having the restaurant and bar nearby at the same venue. The bathroom in the dorm room was just a bit of a tight squeeze for a big guy like me and could use a bit of an update. All in all, I would stay here again, especially if I bring some friends and/or family with me, as I think this place caters well for groups of people travelling together. Not suitable for more than 2 people. There were only ornaments in room to probably give it the boutique feel, but it was impractical. There is no mirror at the sink. One big one on other side of bathroom wall. Steel frame shelf with ornaments behind against toilet which is continuously bumped when toilet is used. Hairdryer available in bin but no place for lady to use it. Coffee and kettle placed on side where there were no power plugs. The bottom of the double bunker bedding was not clean - full of glitter - as well as bathroom floor. Layout of room was not thought through at all. Degree needed to understand TV.
