Very neat, but it's not nice to share the place with someone if you're there all night. It's a very nice house, everything is neat. The only thing we didn't like was that there is an apartment attached to the house where a permanent tenant lives. This wasn't mentioned in advance, only after we checked in. The apartment's porch is right next to your porch by the pool. So on Saturday when we braaied, they braaied too. It didn't give us much privacy. So when people book the place, as the whole place, you don't expect to share your yard with anyone.
