Twin Palms is a family‑friendly holiday home located in a quiet cul‑de‑sac in the peaceful suburb of Noordhoek, just a 5‑minute drive from the beach. This bright and sunny home offers beautiful ocean and mountain views and is surrounded by a lovely garden.
The house can accommodate 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen‑size bed and has an en‑suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third has 2 single beds. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self‑catering and includes a stove, an oven, a fridge‑freezer, a microwave, as well as cutlery and crockery. The living area features a dining table, comfortable seating, and a TV.
A covered patio overlooks a swimming pool, which also has a smaller kiddies’ pool. An outdoor table provides space for dining, with a Weber and a braai area nearby. The beautiful front and back gardens feature a hammock to relax under the trees, fish ponds, and a water fountain.
With its central position on the Cape Peninsula, Twin Palms is an ideal base for exploring. It is a short drive from the beach, with Cape Town to the north, Cape Point to the south, and the Winelands to the east. This tranquil home is the perfect getaway for families seeking comfort and relaxation.
