Description

Van Breda 3 is a lovely family holiday home located in L'Agulhas and boasts beautiful ocean views and allows guests to wake up with the waves breaking on the rocks. The Cape Agulhas Lighthouse, restaurants and shops are within close proximity of this home.

This property can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower and a bath. The second bedroom also has a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. Another shower is available in the second bathroom as well as a separate toilet. The 2 rooms with double beds also have a sea view. All linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The main living area features an open-plan design with a kitchen, lounge and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is an 8-seater dining table as well as a TV and comfortable seating in the lounge.

Through the sliding glass doors, there is a lovely patio where guests can enjoy a morning coffee or a sundowner while admiring the views. The backyard of the house comprises a lovely green lawn and braai facilities.
