Comfortable. It's not a place for winter as we couldn't make full use of the accommodation. Very skimpy on the tea, coffee and sugar. No plates, no cutlery. We had 2 teabags and 2 coffee sachets for the day.

Hello Kenneth. Thank you for the review. Tea/coffee and water are complimentary. A sufficient amount is supplied for a one-night stay. We do have self-catering apartments which come fully equipped. Unfortunately, the room you booked was a non-self-catering deluxe room, which only comes with a coffee station, microwave for heating up takeaways, and a mini bar fridge to keep the complimentary water cool and/or any other beverages you might choose to bring with you. Will not visit again. Clean. We indicated beforehand that we needed to get ready for a wedding. On arrival, we were told a pipe broke during the night and there was no water. We would like to clarify that Unit 4 is a one-bedroom, self-catering apartment, and the bedroom is fitted with curtains to ensure privacy and comfort. The front door includes frosted glass panels, which typically do not allow direct light into the bedroom area. Regarding the coffee mug, we’re sorry to hear there was an issue. After reviewing the mug, it turns out that it is a factory flaw and not broken. If the mug was damaged, we would have gladly replaced it immediately had we been informed during your stay. We also sincerely apologise for the temporary water disruption caused by a burst municipal pipe. Unfortunately, this was outside of our control, but we’re pleased that the issue was resolved on the same day to minimise the inconvenience. Clean and neat. Our apartment at Villa Eike was exactly like the photos, clean and neat, the service we received was great. However, our neighbours in the room next to ours made it not so child friendly, but I guess you don't have a choice over that.
