Villa Mimosa is a luxury seaside villa located in Yzerfontein, offering a prime location just a short walk from the beach. The villa is also conveniently close to local attractions, making it ideal for those who want to explore the area. Set on a green belt, the villa provides stunning sea views, particularly from the balcony of the upstairs room, adding to its appeal as a seaside retreat.

This charming 1-bedroom duplex can accommodate 2 guests comfortably and additional 2 guests in the lounge on a very comfy pull-out Sofa bed. Villa Mimosa is tastefully furnished with a king-size bed which extends to a lovely balcony that boasts beautiful views. It has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower downstairs. Linen and towels are provided.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cutlery, crockery, an extra large air-fryer, and tea-and-coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools. In addition, there is also a dishwasher for guests’ convenience. The kitchen extends to the dining area and further opens up to the lounge furnished with comfortable seating and a TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is available.

The doors open up to a patio with outdoor seating and a private salt pool that guests can take advantage of. Furthermore, there is also a commercial wood-fired pizza oven for creating fun memories. Guests have access to an outdoor shower which is ideal for getting off sand after a fun beach day, as well as a private pool, with an enclosed private garden area.
