Villa Philippe 17 is a well-appointed self-catering holiday apartment located in a small, secure complex in Mossel Bay. This unit offers a comfortable base for guests to explore local attractions and enjoy the beauty of the Garden Route.
The apartment accommodates up to 7 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms one and two are each furnished with a queen-size bed, while Bedroom three contains a single bed and a bunk bed. The two bathrooms are shared: the first is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin, and toilet, while the second offers a shower, washbasin, and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The semi-open-plan living area features a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. A breakfast bar with stools, and a washing machine is provided for added convenience. The lounge offers a comfortable L-shaped couch, a wall-mounted TV with a full bouquet of DSTV channels, and access to complimentary Wi-Fi.
Outside, the property boasts a lovely patio with a built-in braai and an 8-seater dining table, perfect for enjoying meals alfresco while taking in stunning ocean views. Secure garage parking, as well as additional parking within the complex, is available for guests.
