Please note that no false accusations were made. We received multiple complaints from surrounding neighbors regarding the conduct of your group during your stay, which caused discomfort for the families in the area.
Regarding the damages, the bathroom floor was found to be damaged, and photos taken before and after your stay have been submitted for review. Additionally, glasses in the kitchen were broken, and the property was left in an unsatisfactory condition.
The cameras were turned off, and while no direct blame was placed on you, it was necessary to ensure the property's safety, prompting us to send someone to check-in. This was done within our rights and, as per your confirmation, they did not confront you.
Our property is listed on several platforms, and we have consistently received positive feedback from both neighbors and cleaners.
