The adjacent lounge has a TV. This unit has an Open View decoder. If you prefer DStv, please bring along your own decoder (no Explora decoders). The living area leads out to a spacious balcony, which offers a gas braai facility and lovely ocean and area views to admire.
The complex also boasts a communal swimming pool, braai areas, and secure basement parking for vehicles. In addition, the complex is within 4 km from the Hibiscus Mall, restaurants, and a drive from other facilities in the area.
