Totally overpriced, and we left feeling deceived and ripped off. Extremely disappointing. Not at all what I expected. Not in the mountains at all, but near a noisy highway. This is a place run by someone who doesn't have a clue about catering for guests. Cheap, static bedding reeking of fabric softener. Shabby bathrooms with broken shower doors and dirty taps. No cooking facilities except a single gas stove. The rusty braai is down in the garden. Grubby carpets and plastic covers on all the furniture. Well equipped, neat and clean, very nice visit. We had a great stay at Waggi. A friendly reception made us feel at home and good wifi was a bonus. The house is very clean and safe and the wildlife that comes up to the house was a bonus. We saw giraffes, warthogs, moose, nyalas, blesboks, zebras, impalas, buffaloes and a large variety of birds from the veranda. Highly recommend.
