Read above. Location is great and beautiful views of the ocean. However, a DStv and old TV is a no-go. Put in a smart TV so people can watch what they like. The smart TV isn't going to cost you a fortune but will do you good. Add a few toilet rolls, little shampoo, etc., it's not that expensive. Provide better towels as well. Furthermore, advise about your admin fees and breakage fees beforehand, not after customers pay you for accommodation. Why should customers pay you the admin fees? You should charge that to the property owner who is using your services to advertise. And of course, the annoying system of back and forth payment proofs. Geez. Anyhow, the location was great, I'll give you that.

Decent and comfortable. Good: The location is great. The balcony has the best view. It is safe and close to everything including the main beach. The main bed is comfortable. There is an aircon and fans in both rooms. Someone came to clean every two days. The place has most things you need. Internet is alright. Bad things: The washing machine has been forever broken. It wasn't clean when we arrived. The TV is from 1980 and only has some DStv. The living room is a bit tight; I kept bumping my toe somewhere. No cellphone reception, which makes the WiFi a necessity.

Fantasties, sentraal, uitstekende uitkyk oor die see. Enigste ding wat ons gepla het was dat jy nie op die stoep kan braai terwyl jy die see sien nie. Slegs 'n gemeenskaplike braai-area.

Aan verwagtinge voldoen. Ligging aan suidelike deel van Umdloti-strand uitstekend - minder verkeer, geraas en beweging as aan noordekant. Akkommodaie nie nuut of modern nie, maar word baie goed onderhou en kamerdiens word voorsien.

Wonderful place. It was a beautiful apartment that was clean, tastefully decorated and was not missing anything in the kitchen. A amazing view from the balcony. We will definitely return next year if I come down again to South Africa.

Ons sal weer en weer terug gaan! Die woonstel is in die stiller deel van Umdloti geleë wat vir ons ideaal was aangesien ons juis na stilte gesoek het, maar tog die geraas van die see duidelik in jou ore kon hoor. Jy kan nie vir 'n beter see-uitsig vra nie en die uitgestrekte wit strande is reg oorkant die pad. Ons het so lekker gebly en sal weer en weer terug gaan.

Lekker verblyf met basiese benodigdhede beskikbaar. Pragtige en gerieflike ligging. Uitsig is pragtig en woonstel het al die basiese geriewe.
