Wellcome House is a beautifully appointed holiday home offering comfortable self-catering accommodation in the popular Shelley Point Golf Estate, in the coastal town of St Helena Bay. It’s the perfect location for a memorable getaway with family and friends.
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedrooms one and two are each furnished with a queen-size bed and feature en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Bedroom three is also furnished with a queen-size bed, while bedroom four contains 2 single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The open-plan living area includes a kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and a central breakfast bar with stools. A washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher are also available for added convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a 6-seater table, as well as the first of two lounges, offering comfortable seating and a smart TV with streaming services. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Upstairs, a second TV lounge features a comfortable L-shaped couch and a wall-mounted smart TV with streaming services. An enclosed balcony with cozy furniture is also located on the upper floor.
Outside, guests can enjoy a sparkling swimming pool, a braai area, and a small grassed space where children can play safely. Secure parking is available. The property’s central location places it within easy reach of the beach, a variety of restaurants, and local amenities.
