Fantasties. Ons het heerlik gekuier, die huis is pragtig ingerig! Die see-uitsig is fantasties, ons het dit baie geniet en sal beslis weer gaan.

Rustig en veilig, 'n huis vol karakter waar jy kosbare memories maak. Ons as gesin van 6 het heerlik gebly en die akkommodasie het dit die moeite werd gemaak. Alles was perfek en die gasvrou was ten alle tye behulpsaam. Sal Whale Cliff beslis aanbeveel. Dit sal gaaf wees as hulle miskien net in die 3de kamer 'n ekstra, enkel kas kan inrig waar hangklere ook gehang kan word of selfs die bestaande kas 'n gedeelte kan verander vir hangklere, veral as mens vir 'n lang tydperk oorbly, maar overall was alles perfek. Baie dankie vir 'n onvergeetlike verblyf.

The perfect stay. What an incredibly special place! Whale Cliff was the best place we've ever stayed and could not have hoped for more - well equipped, perfect location and even great weather!

Peaceful and stunning! Very awesome and I will be returning. The owner is a star and is always available to assist. If the owner could have a pair of binoculars or a telescope available to view the whales from the porch, it would be an extra.

Stunning views, overall cleanliness could have been better. The house is in a truly beautiful location, with sweeping views and a peaceful atmosphere that made for a nice and relaxing break. The house itself is very spacious, stylishly decorated, and very comfortable. That said, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The hot tub wasn’t clean and was filled with debris; we tried to use it but got out very quickly. We also found the bed in the main bedroom to be unstable and quite wobbly, so we opted to sleep in the room with twin beds instead. In terms of cleanliness, there were a few areas that needed attention, such as dusty skirting boards and some dirty glasses. Additionally, the outdoor deck could benefit from more comfortable seating to really make the most of the beautiful setting.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful views and peaceful setting — it truly is a special location! Regarding the cleanliness concerns, we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. During your stay, the strong south-easterly winds were blowing for a couple of days, and as the house is beachfront and directly in the path of the wind, some debris unfortunately found its way into the hot tub and a bit into the house as well. As we don’t have on-site staff available for daily cleaning, we do our best to ensure everything is spotless before each check-in, but sometimes nature gets the better of us, especially when there’s a gap between bookings. We’ve taken note of your comments about the bed and hopefully it can be fixed by just tightening the nuts and bolts. Concerning the outdoor seating, we will look into improvements. With unpredictable weather, we have to keep in mind rain, rust, strong winds, and sun damage when choosing outdoor furniture. Thank you again for your constructive feedback — we hope to welcome you back under calmer conditions so you can fully enjoy the space and those amazing views!

More than welcome, extremely nice host, great place to go. Ronelle is the best host ever! She was our saviour! We will come back! For sure. Perhaps buy the plot next door to become neighbours . 100% aanrader.
